Return and Complaint Policy

1. Right to Return a Product

You have the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product has not been used, worn, or damaged, and is in its original packaging with tags.

  • The product is in the same condition in which you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be provided.

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@unika.hr and inform us of your intention to return the product.

  2. If your return request is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the package.

  3. Please do not send the product before receiving return instructions.

Note: We do not accept returns of items without a prior return request.


3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order carefully immediately after receiving the package. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@unika.hr so we can resolve the issue and proceed with the complaint process.


4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards


5. Return Rights for Customers within the European Union

Customers within the European Union have the right to return products within 14 days without providing a reason. The return conditions remain the same as for other customers, meaning the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund and make the funds available in your account. If the refund has not appeared more than 15 days after it was approved, please contact us at info@unika.hr.
